We offer FREE Pick-up and Drop-off, up to 10 Miles (round-trip) from our location in Eastvale, to your home or business. Further locations will be charged a fee of $4.99 per additional 5 Miles.
-How fast can I get my computer back?
Our goal is to return your computer within a 24-hour period. If your computer requires additional time or repairs we will contact you immediately. All Customer Drop-offs receive FREE priority service.

-Do you offer in-home services?
Yes, we do offer In-Home Services; however, because of the nature of our business flat rate pricing may not apply for In-Home services. Please contact us for additional information on pricing.

Yes, Pick-N-Drop Computer Repair Service Guarantees all work done to computers for 30-Days. Repairs that are required as a result of Viruses or Spyware may be subject to the Virus Removal Service fee.
-Can I Drop-off my computer to your location?
Yes, all scheduled customer Drop-offs will be accepted. Any customer who decides to Drop-off their computer will also be responsible for Pick-up.
